Look on eBay mate. There are kits to take 3/4" axles to 1". I would go in reverse though. Better, bigger bearing. I just did 2007 SG wheels onto a 92 Fatboy for a guy. Remember these are proprietary bearings and not available at a regular bearing shop.

Converted 3/4" Axle Rear Wheel Bearing Kit Harley-Davidson Replaces OEM 559339.....type this into US eBay

Or this for reducers. Wheel Bearing Reducers 1" to 3/4" Axle Reducer Spacer for Harley Wheel Bearings

Yes you can get wheel bearings to suit from a decent bearing supplier I get my bearing from bsc or statewide bearings
Here in Perth I normally get Nsk which are far better than the harley ones and at $7 or $8 buck will out last the $25 harley ones Hands down or I have used on one of my bikes the Vulcan engineering axel reduces as there stainless so won't rust to
The bearing or axel And depending which way you go if you swap the the size of the bearings you will need to swap out
The bearing spacer in the center of the wheel as can't use a 1 inch with 3/4 or 3/4 with 1 inch bearings and if use the adapters
You will have to machine down your external wheel spacers and also the 3/4 to 1inch are slightly thicker as mentioned
So is a bit of stuff around but do able
