B lifters get a bad rapping on the US forums but amount of ks majority of riders do on stockish bikes, they be fine as ando said.

Decent ks on performance engines are a diffrent matter and worth putting decent lifters in and checking them every 20 thou or so imo

I been through s couple of brands now and have settled for S&S premiums in both bikes

steelo, my missus reckons i am a bike pusher lol, prob been known to push people in to the odd motor upgrade as well, best thing you can do to em me thinks .

Hilly the standards probably would have been fine but we went the premiums and i got a couple of sets with a mate so shipping was split which eased the pain somewhat.

That your bike LB? It's a winner. Have ridden a friends standard Rocket 3 and even that can almost separate your arms from your shoulders.

Thanks LB. I hope you don't mind. I've forwarded the image to my friend. He's been going on and on about having his R3 performance upgraded with Neville as well.

When we go for a ride and he decides to open it up, I've got to remember not to look down to see that I haven't stalled my bike. Cheers S

I have a M8 street glide and I have loud lifters when riding. After seeing the pictured lifters at 1400k's I will have to get mine checked out. Disappointing considering how much these bikes costs.
