Impressed with the mileage you are getting from your tyres. Never got anywhere near 20,000 klms out of any of mine, closer to half that. Going to try out one of those American elites next.
Also impressive that a split exhaust has been the only issue.
As a comaparison. Mine has nearly done 50,000ks and had to have the engine pulled out, crankcases split and re-sealed. Thankfully under warranty.
Not under warranty. A new inner primary seal. Rear wheel bearing failure. Currently on the 3rd left hand fork tube. Almost lost count of fork seals.
Should really re-spray it in a lemonskin yellow.
Yes, brake pads about the same k's here, forgot about them. Also broken front brake light switch, a fiddly horrible job. Broken brake light switch consequentlially melted rear brakelight bulb holder as well. Probably other things I have tried to forget too.
Maybe Harley Davidson will pay for the paint job. That is very good!
Talking about tyre wear ,,,, 2015 Street Glide , stock Dunlop rear tyre at 21,000 km ..... The wear bar is just shy of the tread , my be 1000 km left putting around town ....
Have just clocked up 15k on mine and have 1-2k left on the back tyre. But a lot of two up riding so pretty happy with that. The old RK was only good for about 10k on the rear tyre.
