Hey Team
Just got my hands on a 92 Dyna Custom. Its unchanged, complete with standard intake and exhaust. I want to Stage 1 it, but I want to do it on a tight budget. I want to drill out the airbox and fit an aftermarket filter to improve air in and I have made my own short shots for the exhaust. Im looking for a recal kit for the CV carb and also an EZ screw for the old girl. Where do we usually find these in aus?

EZ screw for da old girl. i like that
Oh mate, you are a legend!
Sportster needle as john R posted will do the trick , these came with first CV did not have excellerator pump.
but if you want a quick easy solution just take top off the CV ( take great care replacing it! ) put a smal brass electrical washer under the head of the needle, this raises needle to move fuel curve. also check the pilot jet size as those stock very lean, from memory think came with 42 pilot need to go up a size if it has a 42 , but just do needle see how it goes. good luck with it.
