Changing the fuel filter

    my bike was occasionally coughing and farting a while back only when it was low on fuel. (35,000ks)
    I phoned my local guy and he said it would be $127 for the whole unit. I remember he said I would need to buy the whole unit.
    I thought to myself "FUCK THAT" $127 for a fuel filter! It hasn't happened for a couple of months now so I will let develop a bit.

    Speedo me old mate, you are still coming across as a bit of a fukin knob. just saying.

    yeah might be worth buying a couple, maybe there an aftermarket around as alot of this stuff not harley specific

    old blokes wouldnt fuel up the day the tanker delivered fuel,wait a day for the sediment to settle.sounded logical to me.

    I have no pics sorry, but part number is 61011-04A genuine Harley. EX Peter Stevens in Adelaide, 3 on my shelf, Retail $22 each. That includes getting them to me.

    Well at the moment this thread is not looking like a great thing for LOCAL HARLEY DAVIDSON who charged me over $150 for the complete unit.

    I bought one (filter and o ring) from the crew Robots mentioned for the next change, in case they stop selling the individual filter and o rings.

    FUCKEN HATE THAT!
