Looking at getting new tyres for my superlow soon, and just wondering if anyone has put tyres with a higher side wall on their superlows, to give it a bit more ground clearance, instead of replacing them with the same as the factory ones?
So the superlow is too low. There is a whiff of irony in there.
Perhaps you could customise it into a superlow motard motorcross hybrid?
Well you bought the bike that is too low, toilet mouth.
What I thought. I have no idea about the tyres, but I know people have changed shocks and front springs and shit. I had a mate who messed with this shit, but he's OS somewhere. Didn't read into the safety side of it too much (at all) but I did see this mod http://xlforum.net/vbportal/forums/showthread.php?t=1780918&page=2
If it was me (without a timemachine to buy a different bike) I would change the rear shocks and front end springs (?) if possible to something that works.

Was going to suggest you could buy larger dia rims and spokes to suit, but just googled your model and see it has cast wheels so that suggestion is another pooh on a stick. Unless there are other model sporties with larger wheels that will swap right over.
If it is only your exhaust that scrapes, perhaps another exhaust will fix it. A different exhaust stopped stopped mine scraping.
Otherwise as bonkers said, your shocks.
I done the old man conversion on the front and put a shinko 777 160/70-17 on the rear and that fixed the problem
