Just had some forward controls installed on my 16 Street bob and wow i should have done it when i first purchased the bike. My hip don't ache anymore and I feel more relaxed in a laid back kinda way.

 

Glad they've worked out well for you. I did the same with my Bob - love em.

I went forwards to mids on my wideglide.. never could get on with forwards!

I don't get mids on cruisers, unless you're short or you've got highway pegs or sumpthin.
