Anybody had an issue with their decompressor units opening up while riding along?

I keep getting this engine miss while riding along and there's no set speed or time it will do it, just when it feels like it.

I keep hearing a blow-back sound and I'm starting to wonder that maybe one or both of the decompressors are opening up.

It's been a long road of trying to diagnose this miss/cough on my 2016 Ultra.

Any help would be appreciated......still.
