NSW still have them well sign posted, but that is just the fixed ones.

The cop's come around a bend toward u & bingo no warning.

It sorta helps to go to a newsagent and get a Melways magnifying page...

not sure about Victoria, but large signs think three of them before a fixed speed camera in NSW and if mobile side of the road speed camera they put two signs i can clearly read up before the mobile speed camera then one after that tell's you your speed has been checked.

But the killer is Cope in Highway patrol no warning sign!!

Yep got done for speeding with cop comeing the other way .....50ks over the S.A. border comeing frome NT 
then got done for speeding 8 ninutes after picking up my brand new 2016 breakout 

Yep, I know how you feel...In NSW on my way to Sydney with a mates speed detector, it went crazy so I slowed down and turned it off...I got fined I think it was $1100.00 and the detector confinscated by the lovely policeman with a detector detector, but NO speeding ticket...He was coming the other way too...further, I had to pay me mate around $500.00 for another detector...had to borrow the money and try to hide paying it back from the missus...that didn't work either :-(

All in all, that was a prick of a trip....
