Hey, got a real problem here with my 2011 sporty48..the bolt holding the lower rear engine mount tie rod to the case  has wound out & trashed the thread on its way. heli-coiling it is a possible solution or re threading but i cant find anywhere local (wagga wagga) that can hoist bike up to get under it to have a go at it. Can anyone suggest where to take it or what to do????

Mate , post up some pics of the problem if you can ,,, A lot of guys would know the area of your bike where the problem is, but some pics may help them give you some options for a fix, which you may be able to do yourself,, or at least put you in the right direction .....

If you can get your bike to Albury, there are 2 HD bike shops there who might be able to help. One of them is on the Wagga - Albury rd, and the other is on the Albury - Laverton road.  

Can't you just jack up the engine with a car jack?

Pulfords in Canberra could probably help too, or know how to get it fixed.
