    if it common to sheer of the bolts that hold the rotor to the primary sprocket  on a 5 speed sporty , cause mine has & made a nice mess

    Someone's probably used red loctite or something on them. Even with blue they aren't easy to get off. Whenever I take off those fucking bolts I use heat and a sharp blow with an impact driver. A little pissing around to save a lot of pissing around. Hopefully that will do it for you, unless you've sheered off the head of the bolt and it gets a bit more interesting...

    sorry i might not of written that clearly , it wasnt charging so i removed the primary to find that when the engine was turning the rotor wasnt , it had sheered the 4 bolts off that hold the rotor to the sprocket & destroyed the stator

    da bolts had cum a bit loose for that to happen , tilt bike over as far as too da left & spray cleaner into da g/box area & clean out as much as ya can ,  after da repair job flush out after da 1st trip around block with new light oil a few time's . because if a bit of shit get's into da shifter drum & jam's a shifter fork ya will have to do a g/box job on her , more work & $'s , cheers bob
