Hi, iam doing some work on my 1963 Bobber, It came from California originally and has some aftermarket disk brakes on the front, and a yet to be identified front brake master cylinder and lever.

As you will see the lever has an end section broken off (before my time) I was hoping to identify the unit as a first step to replacing the LEVER, ideas anyone?
