Not sure if this qualifies, but I was waiting inside a chicken takeaway shop this morning, getting an early lunch.
Anyhow I offered to open the door for a lady pushing a child in a stroller as she was about to exit the shop. We both expressed pleasantries at the time and it was nothing for me to go out of my way to help a complete stranger. To me I felt happy that I may have made someone's day and put a smile on their face.
06 Softail I got your PM and figured I'd put up what's left in one pic. Nice work putting a smile on a mothers face!! Doe. sn't take much to make this a nicer place to live in! Please choose any of the following. The superman sticker has that real dark carbon fiber finish and the big white stickers are hard to see but are storm troopers heads. Still plenty of cramp busters/throttle assists (universal fit) as well as the German skull sticker and a heap of memorial stickers (nice to put on a part or item) or something a departed friend or loved one gave you or used that you use on your bike or rides - as well as a bunch of other ideas, also up for grabs are the orig HD valve caps. Also Bloodog has kindly thrown 3 of his original golf inventions into the good will kitty (as seen on page 1 of this thread)
FREE STUFF TO ALL!!!!!!
The catch......... Do something nice for someone who you don't know and try to get them to do the same
(Coupla days ago there was an old timer that was $3 bucks short to recharge his phone and buy credit for his public transport card, I asked how much he owed and the guy behind the counter said something like $7.20 or something, I handed him a tenner, said "if your in a position to help someone else out in the future could you please remember this?!" He said "you're an angel" and I replied that if we all helped each other out even once a day we'd be living in a very different world
I'm in a queue in Aldi and start talking to the person in front or behind me about the food they just bought. The other day,I had three women talking to each other about Spaghetti Bol. Strangers, standing there quiet, to yapping away, makes my day.
