hey All I fitted the hd60735-05 headlamp visor ring to my breakout 5-3/4 lamp and there is gap at Bottom where halves meet I'm guessing that's how it's meant to be as I've seen pics online that show the same gap

 

Yep that's how they are finished unfortunately

Hd design team should be shot for this one lol 

mine is wider than that!!!
