Did a post a while back on install and comments if you were interested. Type in Shotgun in "Search" and all forum feedback is there on that subject , or you can look at 2001 Heritage rebuild in the Softail forum.Good product, great people to deal with!

No one I mean no one offers a service and customer care like they do. I recently had an issue with the switches after 2 years on the bike, Jessica Keneddy said she will immediately send out a new switch harness. They care about their customers even far down in oz and they offer a lifetime warranty, what more can one want. You can buy their shocks knowing that even in 10 years time they will still talk to you and help you out. Anyone know any other concern offering such exceptional service? I dont.

    shotgunshock@yahoo.com

G'day David. This is the email I used to contact JD. He was always very prompt, unless they had a gig on at Sturgis or one of the big Yank bike shows.

    JD & Jess,
    excellent to deal with.
Shock takes a little time to sort out, but when you do it's a sweet ride.
Not cheap though, cost me $1300 USD a year ago.

So i have everything fitted on the bike, checked and rechecked that all lines had no kinks and are connected as per instructions, white to white and green to green.
When i hit the switches the compressor turn on it has power but im not getting in compression and the bike remains bottomed out.
Anyone have and trouble shooting tips? The only thing i can think of are those little red caps in the compressor unit. Am i supposed to take those 2 red caps off?

Yep holding both witches up thaught the first timethe compressor would need some time to fill so held them up both for about a minute still nothing.
The compressor sounds like its working it even sounds like it releases a little bit of air.
The first time i cranked the system up one of the red caps popped off but ive since put that back on
