If the red caps are on the outlets of the compressor. Yes take them off. I dont know hoe you got your hoses into the compressor if those caps are covers. Disconnect the hoses at the shocks and see if air is pumping that end. If not. Take them off at the compressor. And try again. If there is air at the end of the hoses. Fault in your shocks. But track bak from the shocks.

Took the two red caps off didnt make a difference. Then tried to take the air hoses off but they seem to be jammed in there pretty tight and snug felt like if i pull any harder they will tear?

These red caps are doing my head in. Where exactly are they on the compressor.
To remove the Pipe, for memory. You pull back on the collar that they insert into. Pipe should pull out.
Have you got the switches the right way. Up for up. etc. Try pushing them down together.

There seems to be 4 valve inlet/outlet all up
I have the white colour coded air line going into the white valve and the green colour coded airline going into the green valve. The other two valves are the ones with the red caps. You can see one of them in the pictures i posted up earlier in the thread. I also tried pushing bith buttons donw at the same time and no difference still. Ill have another go at pulling off the air lines after work

Mate. Have you connected the airhose. By the looks of that red plug is for your air pipe from your compressor to the shocky. Should only be the one pipe. The rest is wiring. Take the red cap off and pull both switch up and youll feel air coming from there.

My advice after having one and had another to install who had never installed one before......Stop Dont!. This is a unit that has to be fitted exactly correctly theres little to no play here. Unless you know exactly what you are doing my best advice is to ask Jessica who in your state has fitted one of these before and ask her to negotiate a special installation price to help you out, and get them to install it. Will save you lots of headaches in the long run. This way you'll know its fitted exactly how it should be and not guessing whether you did it right or not that may haunt you later on.

In Melbourne I can vouch that http://www.cruzincustoms.com.au/ in Moorabbin are well qualified to do the job and have done so on many occasions, plenty experience and come well recommended by Jessica.

I am still very happy with the unit and above all most pleased with their customer service, Jessica helped me out recently. I doubt any buyer can regret this purchase. I just wish there was a simpler way of finding that sweet stop with a fitted gauge of sorts.

There really isnt that much that could go wrong with this install its very basic.

The shick swaps out directly with the existing shock thats 4 bolts.

There is only two airlines for the unit and they are even colour coded just match the colours. Only reason i got stuck was because one of the air lines was amongst the black cable ties in the pack so in couldnt see it.

I would say changing a tyre is more difficult than installing this been riding eveyday since no issues.

Il heck in again in a month and let you know how it is all holding up.
