I have been a member for a while now and enjoy the tips etc that are on here. Anyway I have been riding bikes all my life (tad off 49) and they have been some of the best times of my life. Was an A.J. For about 11 years up here and was glad to get out but have always missed the commeradiere and feeling of being in a brotherhood that you can't buy into, one that had to be earned.
My work has me on a two week on and two week off roster. Don't mind the odd squirt around the district but prefer the over nighters up to the tablelands or south around eungalla west of Mackay.
Not into talking about the army all day, how it was, how it is etc. I was a civvy on a bad acid trip the entire time I was in there.
If you wanna have someone to ride with that doesn't always do the speed limit, enjoys a beer and a smoke, doesn't become best friends with every bloke on the street, and enjoys a laugh (yeah I laugh when warranted) then give me a PM. By no means am I after exclusively ex military folk, if you fit the bill then you could be a Arab for all I care. (Joking about the Arab bit). C'mon have a sense of humour.
Ahh yes the bike. 2009 FXSTD. S&S Cam, usual intake mods, heads ported, D&D Lowcat exhaust, 4 inch over forks, lollygobbleblissbomb ignition.
