Heartland has a kit for 200 and 240mm

Lots of work and big dollars.

200 fits easy with stock swingarm and still rides well, expect to pay around $3000 - $4000 give or take a bit to go to a 250-300

Do you really want that on a Street bob? I wouldn't consider it an "upgrade"

it will definitely wreck the great handling this model has or are you building a show bike that won't be ridden?

You need a wider rim, stock is 4.5" wide but a 200 needs 5.5" or 6"
Also tidying up the wiring under the guard is needed so the tyre doesn't rub through it.
New axle spacers may or may not be needed depending on the offset of the rim/hub used.

If you really want to go wide get on to Walka, just search his name in the members list, he is a sponsor on here (VPN) and sells complete kits that look pretty darn good

It's not a cheap bike to do but if you want to go up to a 250, I sell a 250 Swing arm kit for 2006 and Up Dyna , It is the Swing Arm, Struts Axle Primary Offset Kit and all the parts to modify the Gear Box $3200.00. You still have to get a Rear Fender $299.00 and Rear Wheel and Tyre .. Rick at all american or John at Doc Hogs in Bayswater would be my pick to fit it.around Ringwood

Luke at Gworks in Geelong also makes a Kit for them he is also the right guy for fitting
