New to the HD Forum, Should have registered years ago.

Wondering if anyone can help with some info regarding my FLSTSC, I'am after the number of genuine springer classics 2007 model, imported to Australia by HD? If any one has some info or knows where to get it, it would be much appreciated.

2007 96 cube bikes are they ?

I have seen and worked on a couple of 2006 models , all 1450cc or 88 cube bikes.

I am of the impression that the only Springer in 2007 was the FXSTSSE2 CVO Springer

Thanks for the reply guys. Harley made a 96cube softail springer Classic in 2007 for 1 year, the previous 2006 bike had the 1450. I've had it since new but could never find out how many actually came into the country. Smut I've seen your bike on the foreshore, looks the goods mate will definately stop in next time I see it. This is mine, not much different to yours mate!! ????????

 

Yep they did come into the country 2007. Mate has one. 96" 6 speed
From what he told me a few years back only 4 came into W.A that year.

Thanks for the info.. I couldn't care what it's worth It will be the last Harley I have. Was curious as I don't see any around. Cheers ?? 

 

Well there you go ! 30 into Australia as 5HD VIN's and only 4 to WA

I've never worked on one nor seen one here in WA.

If only 4 came to WA then probably no surprise there.

Back then there were 3 different "new bike" importers to Australia , Frasers in WA and NSW , Morgan and Wacker in Qld , and Peter Stevens in SA and Victoria.

Got this one outta Melbourne, was a bit too green so put a black tank on it. Recon theres a few of em up here in Darwin.
