Mon I have a 2016 Streety and have no issues with the kick stand. Could it be a warranty issue

Doesn't sound right. Mine is all good. Just make sure it is right foward when you use it.

Yep , what the last 2 said . Glance down every time when placing bike onto sidestand that the tang is locked in . Bike will rock backward and forward , but won,t fall over if properly located . It is initially unnerving to see the sidestand not at 90deg to bike , but it,s how it is .

Also keep an eye on the bolt which holds the locking tang on to the square drive of the kick stand. It can work loose which is not desirable! I've had mine come loose but luckily found it before it became a problem.

I hate Harley Kick Stands, It looks like a great product
