Why not just run several tanks of Super Petrol through the bike? They have Injection cleaner built into their mixtures.

Yep, as Tussock says, run BP Ultimate 98 and you'll have no issues.

I also put about 15ml of flashlube upper cyl lube in the tank every 4th or 5th tank. It also helps with keeping injectors clean
