Agreed Wazza. Great weekend on roads unknown to me in excellent south west country side. Certainly makes it easier when someone knows the area. Cheers Keith (good pics also).
See you all on the next one. Cheers

Hi all, anyone from the Busselton area? There’s a bike I’m interested in potentially buying and as I’m on east coast I’d be buying sight unseen so keen to have somebody cast an eye over it if possible. Msg me if you’re in the area or know somebody that can do me a favour.
    Thanks.

Quote "I brought a  bike from here".

    From where Postie?
The Busselton area or the same seller who we do not know?
One guy in Busselton keeps his bike on the beach and throws buckets of sea water at it every day and another has kept his in a vacuum sealed air conditioned room for years. There may be the slightest difference in how the bikes look.
Pretty fair question by the OP innit?
It is not always easy buying a bike sight unseen but on the 2 occasions I have done it, it has come up trumps in a big way for me.
Reckon it is really important to call the seller and talk about the bike and would not buy it if you didn't.
You can also get the shippers to call you when they pick the bike up to confirm there is an actual motorcycle there that they are picking up. Bank transfers are instant if you do your home work. No bike no pay.

Thanks fellas. Not ideal buying sight unseen but been talking to the seller who seems genuine and a good guy. Also got a friendly WA member who might try and check it out for me if he’s riding down that way.

I’ve also bought two bikes sight unseen before and both were good finds

Sorry for posting this on the WA FIFO riders thread
