Well Jacks parked his Ducati Superbike in the kitty litter in FP3 at the Bend, unhurt but now 8th on combined times coming into todays qualifier. His team mate Josh Hooks is not a certain starter after binning his bike as well.

Watched Remy getting the feel of his new Yamaha superbike. He had a steady session but has plenty to learn, some mega fast boys and bikes this season.

Well Oli Bayliss has come out swinging in the early practice sessions in world super sport. He sits in third fastest on a Ducati v2.

Why did he get sacked from MotoGP?  With all the effort one goes through to get to the top its odd - or was he simply out of his league?

I think he has the skills but when you are sailing only average and the seats are at a premium you need a fairy godmother to keep you in, he didn't have one.

I think he certainly has the skills but the equipment along with the politics of Moto GP didn't go in his favour. I don't think he would ever have been a Moto Gp champ. Moto Gp is about winning.

Yeah, its also about being able to market the rider....  ie Rossi/MM etc are both characters that are easy to market.  Remy looks like some bogan from the black swamp.

He would probably go ok if he had a sparkling personality like you.

Haha, he'd already be a multiple world champion.

So both Jack and Brad are at the wrong end of the time sheets with Jack in 17th in pre season testing. Ducati are the brand to beat again this season at this stage. Aprilia could take a win or two this season.

So seems Honda have admitted defeat and contracted Kalex to build the new frame for this years bike. They have already used their swingarm.

Well the new sprint format was a great race for Jack. He lead at one stage then slipped back to cross the line in 4th. Great racing but good start to his season. Normal race later today....Go Jack
