What about the nooby Piastri in the F1?  What's folks thoughts on what he has done?  For me I'm not a fan and think he is a POS for the games he has played (and Marko Webber just dropped off my xmas card list as well)

Yeah.....  Not a lot of thriller in that ride.  The battle for 1st and 2nd was bloody good!  I recon the beast has well and truly earned the right to oust Miller!

He rode very well indeed. I still like the Aprillia over the KTM Jacks about to hop on though, it doesn't lose a great deal on the benchmark Ducs. The Ducati seems to accelerate a touch harder on slower corner exit looking at the onboard shots. Good race but.

They'll be shattered, reading this it's not bothering Daniel Ricciardo as much as it is yourself.

So looks like Remy has a gig....and a good one at Yamaha riding their current spec works superbike. Lets see how he goes next season on that, super competitive series as well.

Good race last night!   Jack did the usual and left the real work to Bagnaia - its going to be an awesome 23 season with Bags and Bas so closely matched in skills.

There's a possibility of a greatly reduced Ducati field next season.  The factory are scaling their satellite teams back.

See Wakefield Park Raceway, the circuit near Goulburn in NSW that’s been a popular stop on the Australian Superbike Championship calendar since 2016, has closed until further notice. Announced on 29 August, the closure is due to a ruling by the NSW Land and Environment Court in July regarding noise restrictions at the 2.2km regional track that limited operations to just 30 days per year. This was less than half of what the circuit’s owners, the Benalla Auto Club, were seeking.
This comes on the back of our local Coolum MX track being forced to close due to neighbours noise complaints. Those of us old enough can remember both Oran and Amaroo park along with Surfers Paradise and Castlereagh drags strip also swallowed up by housing estates.

Lakeside was another that bit the dust. Mostly because of a certain arsehole that bought land nearby then complained about the noise. Not related but I fly out of Caloundra airport and it also seems they are on notice also because of these idiots buying land and building houses nearby and then complaining about the noise.
I have heard that Ipswich Council have a 3km buffer around Willowbank Raceway. You can build nearby but don't complain about the noise because you knew before you built your place that somedays maybe a little noisy. Wonder how long that will last once the area gets more built up. Thankfully that's still a number of years away.

Lakeside is still going but being worn down copping a $30k fine some time back for noise breaches. Just a matter of time though.
