Was another great race to watch . Well done Jack . I,ve seen a few Bradbury comments , but don,t think that,s the case . More like , " to finish first , first you must finish " . Very skillful riding display .

Well done Jack! that was bloody wet!!!!! when it gets that wet it is skill & riding abillity the power & the bike advantage the top riders have in dry id not there, plus you need Ball's!!!!

It's great that MotoGP race wet or dry, those conditions would stop V8 Supercars for sure! & only has to have a few drops of rain to cancell Nascar, but not sure why, Drag racing the same can't race in wet!!!

Great ride by the young gun...hopefully it gives him some confidence (not that he's shown anything lacking in that area) to finish races. Eighth on the grid from the restart he still had to stay upright while more notable riders like Rossi tumbled and eventually ride around the likes of Marquez to lead the remaining half dozen laps to win. All in all 13 bikes finished, 8 didnt. According to the Foxtel commentators Millers win is the first time a non factory rider has won in 16 years and the third winner NOT named Rossi, Marquez, Lorenzo, Pedrosa or Stoner in 8 years...! All those years slidin around on the mud & dirt out of Townsville as a junior dirt champ came in handy last night...

Good on Jack. Hopefully he can build a bit more momentum following the win, when more experienced riders were going down.

I tell you, some of the crashes, particularly Rossi's, seemed a bit surprising to me -- the Michelin front just let go with minimal lean angle. Not exactly confidence inspiring.

He's the best thing to come out of Townsville since the Bruce Highway.

pb, Jack Miller races for an independant team!!! the last time the team he races for had a MotoGP win was in 2006. enough said.

just because he has, who fckn cares, % crash bullshit, ultimatly race wins and championship and $$$$$$ talk.
remember Stoner crash a few times..... but 2 time world champion.
He won the world MP title with Ducati...did Rossi win ONE race for Ducati ??????

He did well. Miller was measured and tidy, not looking like he may crash. This is good and maybe a bit unusual :-). He may be crashing in the dry because he is overriding the bike to try harder, he may be a slow learner. He did very well last Sunday, I loved it and was willing him not to fall off in the last few laps. I hope we see more of it from him. He is the first one to win for a very long time that is not Pedrosa, Rossi, Marquez or Lorenzo. It can only be good for the sport.

It was an awesome race.... You could tell that miller was giving it his all and riding right on that ragged edge. You could almost read Marquez's mind as he pondered the question "do I have a crack at first and risk it all or should I be happy with second and the guaranteed points" - I'm glad he chose the safe option.

By the sounds of it, Marquez was not risking the chance to win, gambled on history and was waiting for young Jack to fall off

Great to see him win, when he got passed MM i was thinking, just don't fall off!

He hasn't exactly set the world on fire in GP's yet but it has got to be great for his confidence.

He was great in moto3, speaking of moto3, what a fucking race that was, it's been the best class to watch for a very long time.
