Anyone know someone from SEQ who could get these kinks out and reshape my saddlebags. Theyve been sitting in a cupbpard too long. Sorry about the big image. In not tech savvy.

maybe wet the bags up/soak them so the leather is soft then tightly fit them with towels till they dry out, then hit em with some leather conditioner, I reckon that would work. No doubt someone will state otherwise if this is not good to do so

Sorta tried it once. Softened the leather up with conditioner and stuffed the towels in but did phuck all. Migt try your method if all else fails.

If the bags are leather, make sure you let them dry naturally. I've had the same problem from tying down my swag over the bags, then getting absolutely drenched and they dried to that shape. Tried several different methods to rectify the problem and nothing brought them back perfectly until I made up a wire frame insert, saturated the bags and pulled into shape. Good luck.

Got a quote from Gotsaggybags in the US. Looks like a good product. Just today Cview gave me a contact Hiside leathers. Checked them out but they specialise in riding leathers still I'll give Phil a call.

Flipdog, bought a Saggybags repair kit from Nevada US. Bit expensive by the time it got here but did the job. They look a treat.
