Just picked up my first HD. 2016 sportster roadster. I know alot of HD guys hate them etc. but I rate it highly. Sold my 2008 R1 to buy it.

Ive done stage 1 kit. Still unsure about future mods. I do like the chopper look eg. bigger bars, white walls, spoked rims etc. but love the sporty feel.

I currently just cruise around Brisbane south side area. Would be keen to meet up with other sporty riders and chat tech etc.

Have you considered for your list:

• tail tidy - you have a tuff looking rear fender, get it exposed and free of the number plate if you can;
• bar end mirrors - free the top of the bars up for a cleaner more agressive look;
• black CRG levers - darken up the front a touch (or run the slotted harley levers - I forget the name of the collection they come from);
• The air cleaner cover - I'd look to putting something black (maybe a chisel cover?);
• and remove those orange reflectors - neaten up the front forks.

That's about where I'd start, but TBH the bike looks good as it sits...you could just ride it and be happy
