Seems as though there may be a 2017 Sport Glide, HD has applied for the trademark and history has shown that a model follows closely

The second is also a strong chance......XG750R at this stage a racer but with Ducati Scrambler selling so well Harley could easily jump on the bandwagon....stay tuned

The last Sport Glide was the FXRT and I reckon they're unlikely to reuse that name on a touring frame bike so I'm guessing either a replacement for the switchback or perhaps a more optioned up version more like a Street Glide but with a Dyna Frame?

The Street Glide is one of the best selling models, if they can produce a bike that mimics some of that styling but sells under $30K then I reckon they'd sell a few.

Page 13 in AMCN is running with the same story -- interesting to see if the 'Sport Glide' is in an addition to the current Dyna range or replaces something. Interesting times ahead.

The lowrider and especially the new S version appear to be pretty popular in the states.

Something with a bigger fairing and removable bags but more in the style of the FXDXT would be sweet.

I doubt they'll bring back the FXR frame otherwise a modern engine/braked/injected FXRT would be great.

Hmm yeah... I forgot about the FXDXT.

I didn't mean to mislead people and suggest that they'd bring back the FXR frame, I just meant that I could see the new model being similar in concept to the old FXRT (hard bags and fairing) but I suspect you're likely to be closer to the mark with it maybe being an updated FXDXT.
