We've got 2 large TVs in the lounge and the rumpus rooms, both are ok with the new MPEG4 channels but we've also got a TV in the bedroom (cost $3000 a few years back) and it won't pick up the couple of HDTV channels that have gone MPEG4.

If you want to watch one of the channels that's gone MPEG4 then either you replace your TV (expensive) or you get an MPEG4 compatible set top box, plug that into the TV (it'll come with it's own remote).

HD TV has moved over to 7Mate, Saturday mornings

...but still repeats, well at least last Saturday AM on 7Mate. I dig the show and can't wait for the 2016 series to kick off. I reckon they should do a couple of episodes based on some of the different characters on the Forum.

Oh yeah, no channel 4me anymore but since I only watched HDTV on that channel, I can live without it.

Last Saturday 28 May was Episode 1 Series 3 (i.e. 2016 series) on 7Mate at 9:30am in Brisbane. You can also tell as they changes the introduction sequence of the show.

It's on Melbourne s TV Guide for this Saturday at 9.30 AM , im speewing because Im at work , Im in one of the new shows coming up

we too have lost CH74 in melb.

Makes me wonder if its an Mpeg4 issue or something else as the racing channel (76) is Mpeg4 format and I still get that

I have 2 Sony TV's just on 3 years old, same thing on both & have tried resetting them but no luck.

The CH74 webpage says retune but nothing else.

I just looked on the Sydney TVGuide and 4METV isnt on there anymore.

Yep, finished up on the 26th of May Australia wide.

Looks like the only Auto style show to survive was H-DTV.

Does anyone know when the 2016 series is supposed to start ... seems like forever ... you should still be able to watch it on the computer by the way ... have the same problem up here in Brizzy ... have to look at getting the Mpeg4 Set top box ... but it is also on 7Mate as repeats I think , so just have to remember to record it when it starts again ... reckon they should release it on Dvd ... maybe 6 or 8 episodes per Dvd .

Its on at 9.30am Sat mornings, so dealers can play it Sat mornings live on 73Mate, Saw Dunndo at Darling Downs HD opening in Toowoomba two Sats ago and explained the move. I think replays of older series is on earlier that Morning

I just checked to see if it's repeated during the week but it isn't which is a bit of a bugger.
I know you can watch repeats via the internet but we only have sim card internet to phones and an ipad at my house which isn't suited to downloading half hour shows. Waiting to have nbn hooked up to the house - it's been in my street with the hub under my front yard, for a while, but it hasn't progressed to the houses yet but should be soon
