How many bags for sale (or is it just one)

How much did you want for them ?

 

Sorry mate i got busy in the middle of my post. They are hand stitched and made from high quality leather and buckles. I also spent a lot of time getting the shape and fit just right. They are $130 each plus $20 for postage. I have 2 left at this stage. (Just waiting on more leather to arrive to get stuck into some more ). I've also been working on a solo bag and bracket for Dyna's which is almost complete, i will put up some photos on the weekend.

Perhaps try the "tan" colour that HD does for these swingarm style bags for the Softails - thye look great in that tan colour

Yeah, I've got some great looking tan leather, i will make one up and post some pics. It will probably be done with light colored thread and brass buckles.

make it like the Tan one/s  in the 2015 HD Parts and accessories catalogue and you are on a winner i feel

 

lots a people looking for the tan colour as the one HD sell is "chocolate" brown (not really tan)

 

 

The soft tail bags have 3 leather straps that go through the back of the bag and around the swing arm. The Dyna has a bolt on bracket to the swing arm so nothing can rub. I'll get some pics up.

Nice work, mate. Would you do custom work to make them more like the shape below? I like the heavy red stitching, too.

 

Yeah mate, I could shorten the top flap and make it a single strap. Your right the thick edge and the red stitching look great. I would just need to get some red thread.

The thing I like about the above bag is that it's not as close to the road....wider than it is tall, if you know what I mean.
A double strap would still be cool, I reckon.....anyway, keen to order from you if you can do similar. Cheers. Feel free to pm me if you want some sort of deposit or contact info.

Any options for a duals setup?

I'd be keen to see what you come up with for a Dyna ... I don't mind the HD offering of the black Dyna swing arm bag that requires you to lose the pillion foot peg but the price they want is not cool. I dig the red stitching too; skull not so much.

i run another brand on my dyna, probably one of the best things I have purchased for it, they not big but you can fit in necessary things for day rides instead of taking a handbag

Ok, I've got the bracket made up for a dyna and the bag half done. I'll post some pics by the weekend.

Ok guys, this is the prototype for a Dyna swing arm bag ( no pillion peg ), it takes 10 seconds to take off and on and doesn't touch the swing arm. It sits level with the gear box but it was hard to show that in a photo unfortunately im still waiting for some more leather to arrive but it should arrive mid to late in the week apparently. At least some red thread turned up so hopefully i can start on something soon. What do you think guys?
