Read another article and saw a TV news story that this fire allegedly occurred after the owner/mgr was first tied up by two armed offenders who then set it alight......

Brisbane times reported the above update and it was three armed offenders. It also suggests that some bikes may have been pinched too.

Anyone else feel the news reporter was pushing his personal opinion as to the guy's story? Maybe he should fuck off his news job and become a cop, and take his boss with him since he obviously doesn't hold the reigns tight enough.

Still no update, but it sounds sus... leaving shop after 7pm and fire not started till after 11pm and possibility of some bikes missing. Not sure about Miss Scarlet taking it up the arse, but it sounds like he might be getting it up the arse soon... Seen a few people who had bikes in the shop comment on FaceBook pages and it's not looking good.

I bought a bike off this guy. Was exactly what I wanted. 83-84 FXST Evo with Skinny Mods.

Add said "Fresh Build and mint condition." "Motor Built by Jesse James mechanic". Papers included. Never saw the papers and Spent 5K on it after delivery to get it on the road properly.

My fault for not buying something local. I "Trusted" somebody.

    Now it goes great.

Well it is good you got your nice bike sorted Wimbo.

Even if the seller did not end up being a straight shooter.

Seriously, though you blokes.....lets get off the "Cluedo" references.

If this sus cunt gets busted he is " Going straight to jail, won't pass go and won't collect $200.frown

Not sure if it is the same owner or not but I have met the owner of said shop a couple of times and let me tell ya he is a Man Mountain , absolutely huge bloke ... Tribal Tatts up the neck and so on ... not that those things combined makes him a tough guy ... just saying .. IF .. he was tied up by intruders they would want to be pretty game .

Funny thing when this story hit the news I was telling a mate how friendly this guy was when I first met him ... showed me around the shop ... out the back and so on ... not many shops are open like that to a first time tyre kicker as I was at the time ... met him a couple of other times at bike shows and he remembered who I was and went out of his way to be nice .

Just saying it is never easy to judge some people sometimes ... maybe I have the wrong person .

there are a customer of mine and I never had a problem with them at all , they would buy parts from me every day , the day of the fire was no different , I received a reasonable large order from them so I don't think it was planed insurance job ,, they only moved in the that larger building about 2 months ago , always busy , I'm sure they will be back soon
