Hi,

Does anyone have the tool to lock the transmission pulley in place while the nut is removed?  I have a larger pulley I want to install on my sporty for highway riding and I recon this is one of those times that the right tool might just be the ticket. 

More than happy to pay all postage and a rental if that helps.

Put it 5th gear, have a mate hold the brake on, big breaker bar and a bit of heat. One of the few they Loctite from factory.

Pretty sure it's reverse thread off the top of my head too. I've done it before, took some swearing and sweat but cracked it eventually.

Cheers...yeah I'm thinking the same thing. I have a new rattle gun so that should help.

I got told by a smart man on this forum to override the cutout switch on the compressor, build it up to 130-140 psi and use a short 1mt airline. Worked a treat on my '08 streety. Zipped that fucker straight off.
