It has obviously had a fair few mods on it, but what can anybody tell me?

definitely a 14 or later, can tell that by the wheels

Definitely right about it being a 2014 or newer ... Hell of a lot of cosmetic mod's like the front and rear fender, the tank (is it off a Street Bob or perhaps custom paint?), blacked out forks and headlight surrounds. The dude digs black ... And mating a perfectly nice Fat Bob with a dirt bike, to each their own. HD traits won out in that combination.

Couple of contradictions there but looks good otherwise.
