Hey guys ,
i have 10" progressive lowered shocks on my bike.. im only short and need that to touch the ground...
however since lowering the bike the bike stands completely upright while on the stand... i have always been weary about where i park it cause i dont want it to tip
Friday i parked it outside my house like i normally do start it up walked back up the driveway to shut the door and i hear a huge bang.. i look behind me and yep she fell over
i race down there picked her up and checkded for damage only a slight mark on the exhaust no other damage thank god...
So being in a fit of rage i decided not to go for a ride but to park it back in the garage..
i get online and search some fourms about this issue as surley someone else in the world is running the same setup.
i came across an america site that talks about grinding down some TAB on the stand and about 3mm should be enough..
i did this over the weekend and what a difference it makes.. bike learns over just enough and now i dont have to lean the bike right over to the right to put the stand down...
a must do mod if your bike is lowered ..
