Thought id put this here, as ive used the search button , but i cant find what im looking for ( Hope this is OK )

 

Can someone tell me what the torque settings for the handle bar bolts ( 4 located on top ) for a 15' FXDF please? i want to adjust the bar angle up a bit

 

From the manual:

Upper handlebar clamp fastener 12-16 ft-lbs 16.3-21.7 Nm

The manual is probably the best thing you can buy for your bike. It has everything in it and helps even idiots like me who are hopeless with the tools
