Theres a guy selling a freight train headlight surround or nacelle if thats the right word.  It is the left and right side only and I was thinking of putting it on an 07 fatboy.  There is no mounting hardware and I believe I need some sort of mounting hardware to fit it to the bike.  Am I correct in this assumption.  ie can I use my original headlight or is there more to it ie brackets etc.  Sorry just not sure .  Dont want to buy it if its just gunna sit in the shed and be no good to me.  Thanks.

The frieght train surrounds from a Touring model won't work to well, if that is what you have, as they are too wide I believe, The sorrounds from the Soft Tail kit, are the only ones that will work properly. 67907-96c was the old part number, but I believe there is a newer version that replaces it now. If you do a seach on this forum, you sould find there have been several threads on this conversion over the last few years, mine included.

Also beware that there are/were some dodgy, Chinese aftermarket freight train nacelle kits that reportedly didn't fit or mount very well. Why would somebody be selling an incomplete kit anyway?

I always wanted one for my last fatboy but had trouble justifying the price for the genuine harley one

If you have the right soft tail nacelle sides. you will mostly require the well nuts & all the screws that are supplied in the kit. The part numbers are provided with the installation sheet. Google -JO4200 which should have a PDF download for it. Your headlight bucket & parts will fit. - Rob

Man that headlight is 'different'! Not my cup of tea but it actually sort of suits that bike for some reason.
