It's funny how a bloke can get a boat or caravan, restore an old car or buy some lame motor bike and everyone thinks its great. But as soon as you get onto a cruiser style bike, particularly a Harley, out come the fuckwit comments about 'mid life crisis' or 'wild hogs'.
Hope you get her on the road soon. Would like to see some pics.

Welcome and ignore those comments, I get them all time and I just reply, Harley's are for the strong willed and strong of mind. Takes a real man to ride them.

Welcome Dicko66, good luck with the Fatbob mate. Nice part of the coast you live in, have wanted to do the ride from Bermagui to Tathra for a while now, just need to find the time.
Fuck the midlife crisis crap, I wish I had bought a Harley years before I did - still grin every time I ride it, like most of the guys on here I've owned other styles of bikes - dirt, sports, jap cruiser and none compare to a Harley.
