I had a daymaker on my last bike and was very happy with it but 500 clams is pretty steep  when there are alternatives out there.

Anyone else running a daymaker copy?

I've got a Hoglights unit fitted to my Dyna, it's definitely an improvement over the stock candle.

Mate, same here. The HOGLights headlamps are a great product. Good value for money and "plug & play". Great improvement over the original and half the price of a Daymaker.
