Hi Guys,

I've spent a fair bit of time searching around and not been able to find a definitive answer. 

I've got a 2009 Super Glide Custom and I was planning on swapping over the stock wheels to some fat spoke rims (think Max Spoke) but I am hesitant about changing the size of the stock wheels, I'm pretty happy with the handling as is. The thought ocurred to me that I might be able to just have to stock spoke wheels re laced with thicker spokes but there is absolutely nothing I can find on the net that says it's possible. 

I'm sure there is something about spoked wheels that I am missing that would make it not possible but I've got absolutely no experience with wheels.

Anyone had any experience?

 

Short of that I might take a run into Spoked Wheels at Peakhurst and have a chat.
