So im looking at buying a new bike

I thought it might be helpful for guys in the market for a new bike to know what others managed to negotiate on their bikes.

I'll get the ball rolling. My last bike i boought new was a fatboy lo 2013 with v&h short shots, se tuner & heavy breather and paid 26k ride away (which was a pretty good deal i thought)  goes to show you can get a good deal out there

What deal did you get?

 

I bought my Brand New Street Glide last December for $30k ride away with 12 months rego and a set of Monster Oval Mufflers it was a 2015 Balck Denim Special that was heavily discounted, but there is no difference from the 2015 to the 2016 model, so a $7,500 saving.

Feel like I paid to much after reading those couple. Got 2016 Street Bob with v & h pipes, screaming eagle filter, tuner, diamond cut pegs, shifter, black mirrors and few other bits and pieces for $23,500. RRP $22,500 plus about $3,500 extras fitted so might have got $2500 off. Mind you the quote they gave my for fitting was ridiculous as you would expect. if anyone thinks I paid too much let me know as I'm probably still within the cooling off period.....

Bought a new 2016 Street Glide Special for $31k ride away, denim black with Monster rounds.

2012 Roadking $29,900, SERT, S&S slipons, 12 months rego

not new but got my 2013 street bob with 7,000ks stage 1 kit and lowered ass end with 16" apes.. 17k 9 months rego

Got shit service and walked away (twice over a 5 year period) - same store, different town coz they moved. Best lesson I ever learned and lots of money saved.

I went in to buy a Demo 2015 Dyna Low Rider which was $22,000

Ended up buying a new

 2015 Dyna Low Rider RRP was $24995

Extras: Hard to find Black Magic Colour, Quick release screen, Vance & Hines Big Radius Staggered pipes, Quick Release Sissy Bar and Pack Rack,

Stage 1 Kit and I told them to leave the Stock air cleaner cover on., Harley Bike Cover and they gave me in a Back Pac as well.  Ride away $24,000.

I was very happy with the deal and the Salesman was awesome.
