Need your advice Please.

On a recent trip to Melbourne my speedo stopped working.  Error can up on the odometer.  No rear brake light and no blinkers.

Got back home, check the fuse and found it had blowen so i replaced it and all was good except it still has error on the odometer.  Trip meter works but as soon as you turn the ignition off, it resets itself back to zero.

Couple of weeks later speedo stops working again and the blinkers wont cancel.  So I thought speed sensor, so i bought a new one, installed it and, nothing.

Speedo still reads error.  Blinkers wont cancel.  checked the codes and I get Do2 coming up.

Is there anyway I can check things with a multi meter ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
