The fact that the bike belongs to one of the golf clubs members makes the flooded bike all the more suspicious.
If you turnt the petcock off when you park, carb don't flood. i am in the habit of always turning fuel off then on, and riding till they stop almost then turning on reserve. so i would be lost with EFI
