Hi Boys first post so please be gentle, I have an 06 Lowrider and the clutch lever pulsates, it happens when I take up the slack on the lever and I can actually see the lever moving in and out, spoke to the dealer and they said there is nothing wrong with it but it doesnt do it on my mates 06 Lowrider.
What do you reckon, something going wrong with the clutch housing ??
Cheers

Yea thanks rocket, bike is still under warranty so will push a bit harder next time I take it in for a service
never no it might have a lock up clutch in there i have 1 and it pulsates or it will buck my fingers real hard at when on the gas hard
Thanks for the replies fellas, will look into it a bit further, reckon I'm getting the wool pulled from the dealer
OK so we got another one, will let you know what the dealer says noit, if there is an issue will post. Like yours the clutch works fine.
Hi Mainey88.
Before I wrote off my 06 Dyna Superglide custom it did the same, I could put my fingers around the clutch lever and notify me of the pulsating clutch lever while in gear and riding, usually it was worse in warmer weather and in 4th gear was very noticeable, I pulled the box down and nothing was wrong except the clutch thrust bearing adjuster moved, I was told by a mate when I showed him that it was common because of the way the new box was designed, anyhow I rode that bike for over 70,000 klms and had no failures.
Just ride and dont worry
Hi rocket,
My new 2008 Bike sounded the same in the gearbox as yours, If you dont like the it do as I did with great success.
I went to Bursons and purchased a container of ALL SYNTHETIC REDLINE HEAVY SHOCKPROOF GEAR OIL, It is expensive but your gearbox will become silky smooth as butter and less noise (almost noiseless) for a US 1 Gallon container it is valued at $142.00 Australian but I managed to buy it for $120.00 that is enough oil for 4 changes 3.785 ltrs
Go get some it works great.
