Anybody use these if so what are the Pros and Cons.

I assume you are talking about the symtec heat demons. I have them on my dyna, the pros are they look subtle, they look as if theyre part of the control housing and they have an adjustable heat setting. The cons are if it is really cold, they don't do much. Anything 10 degrees or less the heat is not very noticeable. Basically if it is really cold, your hands will still be cold, but not so cold that they go numb. Overall im happy with them, but they're definitely not the warmest ones around.

I've been using these for the past 14 months.

Normal riding speeds around town in 2c conditions, bloody wonderful. Open road at 110 plus, finger tips and thumb still get cold.

Palm of hand keeps comfortable at any speed and weather condition, even in the wet.

I have have mine a few years now & the y are great & you can use any hand grip which is good too.
