Hey mate, bare minimum would be, 

RH fork slider, RH brake rotor, RH caliper, bigger master cylinder, brake lines for twin disk. Replace the fork oil while the forks are apart. That's all provided your hub accepts the twin brake. I'm not sure what years/models have the hub to suit.
