Congrats on the bike, the two tone red looks great.

Mines an '07 and I confirm the clunk. Anyone you're riding with should pretty much know what gear you're in.

She looks beautiful jim, i know what you mean about the grin had mine a month now and its still there. Your right about the clunk but you get used to it and it does seem to get a bit less, have 2,500ks now, but maybe i,m just used to it. Once the bike got past 2000ks its amazing how much smoother it became, can sit on 110ks now and there is not even a vibration in the mirrors. Have fun mate and stay safe

    Jim,

On a full tank my fuel light comes on at about 160km, I've been to about 230km without filling up, so to have it come on and off at 150 isn't all that strange. See how you go after you fill it up.

Coming on at 50km isn't right, like you said see how you go. I get pretty paranoid

Well done Jim and nice color. A loud set of slip-ons or pipes will cure the clunking noise, cheers Bretho.

PS can you find another place to put the rego label, because that is the only thing i can see that doesn't look right.
