Hey guys, recently I installed 4 inch over forks on my FXSTD 2009 and now the lean angle whist on the stand is to great for my liking. Anyone out there had the same issue and what was your fix.

I haven't done this at all to mine, but just curious to know if there are extended side stands available to reduce the lean angle while parked for your bike?

I'm just mentally picturing your bike with the longer forks, the ground clearance the. bottom section of your frame where the down tubes start to bend upwards towards the neck, has increased & instead of the frame running relatively parallel to the ground has now changed, so that it's now sloping a little more towards the rear of the bike.

please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's just what I'm trying to envisage that's happened.

Piece of cutoff welded done the trick.
