    Hey guys,

Im considering getting a S&S 106" hot set up for my 2014 dyna street bob. I tend to ride pretty hard and want the best performance out of the bike in a kit that contains everything i need. Does anyone have any experience with this kit? I like a fair bit of low to midrange power so which S&S cam would you guys suggest?

I think the parts will cost around $3800 alone, not sure about labour but with a dyno tune could see it being a 6k exercise. Might be too much?

Anyone know a reliable shop in Sydney that would specialize in this?

    Much appreciated.

depends how far you go, mine cost more than that just in parts but its got all quality gear in it.
you could do it for less but I wouldn't have been happy with it

L.A Cycles Hoxton Park Rd Prestons ( do a google it's near Liverpool )

Just talk to them about what you want as they have been doing Harley Performance for a long time & do all machining head work Dyno in house . Don't get the kit or Cam till you talk to them as they will steer you in right direction for what your after.

I used the s&s 107 kit in my last bike. I also wanted low-noise grunt. The 585 cam with the right comp gives plenty of torque from low in the 2,000 rpm range provided you have a good exhaust and tune. Mine cost $3,800 installed plus $600 for dyno tuning. Work done by independent bloke that operates from.his house and tuning done at local dealer. All in the ACT and I was very happy. Pm me if you want more info
