Hi,

I have recently picked up an old Sportster 883 - it needs its engine rebuilt after a conrod failed causing damage to the piston/ head and exhuast valve. I am able to do most day to day repairs/ servicing and have removed the engine but would like advice on a good mechanic preferrably in Brisbane - Southside or Westside that is able to rebuild the engine.  Also would appreciate any estimate of what an egine rebuild typically costs for an old 883 motor?
