Off to Moama so Jo can give her new 500 a run, this will be her first ride out on the Hwy so she is just a bit nervous this
morning, she has been going great around the local area i.e roundabouts, speedhumps, and Muslim P platers, she has
handled it pretty good so this will be her test. I plan to mix it up a bit for her, some Hume Hwy some back roads nothing
to twisty or hilly at this stage then depending how she goes today i will step it up tomorrow a bit, possibly Moama - Barmah - Tocumwal
for lunch then back to Echuca via Nathalia.
Sounds good mate- Moama-Barmah- Toc is a good ride but you'll end up back tracking home from Toc, might be easier to go from Yarrawier to Yarrawonga then loop back to Shepp then take the highway home??- just a suggestion. Pretty good stretch of highway anyway with plenty to look at!
Back home safely after a great weekend on the bikes with the Missus, we managed around 230ks Friday going up to Moama via Nagambie, Murchison and Undera. Saturday we headed up to Deniliquin then across to Wakool and Barham for a quick lunch then back to Moama via Bunaloo, Saturday was a good day for her to get the feel of some reverse curves and some shitty back roads, 320km clocked up and she was whinging about a sore bum so we called it a day and back to the pub for a couple of coldies. 230ks back home today the same way as we went up but with a bit more speed thrown in today once we hit the Hume, she had so much more confidence today so we overtook a bit of traffic whilst coming down the Hume and she went fine, I have a set of the new Senna 20s and they paid for them self's this weekend, Jo said it was like having her own private instructor with her on the bike.
Hey Mick you werent at the bakery on Friday in Tatura for lunch were you??
ha I noticed the big gold bomber out the front, Couldnt miss it!
Hi Mickle. Beautiful bike having seen it in the flesh. A question. I see so many ultras with cut down, smoked or changed screens. You do thousands of k's. Have you found a benefit in the full size clear screen. Regards
